What is the refund policy?

Every first-time paid plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, refunded to the original payment method. Monthly plans keep benefits until the end of the billing period after cancel; yearly plans are refunded pro-rata for remaining days.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Enterprise customers can pay by ACH or wire transfer with invoicing; sales tax / VAT is calculated at checkout where applicable.

How does upgrading or downgrading work?

Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is pro-rated for the remaining days of the cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of the next cycle, with current benefits kept until then.

What happens when I exceed my API quota?

API access pauses automatically when the plan quota runs out — no surprise charges. You can enable pay-as-you-go in the console or upgrade to a higher plan.
